The worst experience. Had a viewing, applied for the property, met all the requirements which were asked, been asked to wait for 2 weeks and finally got a mail saying g the property is given to someone else. I don’t understand how even after meeting all the requirements the property is given to someone else. These people are making the whole renting process seem like a complicated thing.Not recommended at all.

I rented a property from RSW from January to November before buying my first home. The service I received from RSW during this time was outstanding to say the least. Mark was a pleasure to deal with - very quick at replying to emails and if I ever experienced an issue, it was dealt with in a very timely manner with complete professionalism. A very special mention to Tony as well for saving me on more than one occasion when I had misplaced my keys!!! 10/10 cannot recommend RSW enough :)
