Facebookbig shout out to Tom and Christy, I put my house on with them and the original sale fell through (not fault of theirs it happens) within a couple of days they found another buyer. the legals then took a while but Tom kept me updated in what was a stressful time. I would highly recommend Tom and the team at Simple Approach

GoogleMy daughter Jemma was selling a property in Forfar. We live in N.Ireland. A friend gave me Toms contact number and I contacted him.. It was the best decision we ever made. Tom, Christy and all the staff were very helpful throughout. No panic, no fuss. A totally professional company. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleTom, at Simple Approach recently sold 2 properties for me. They werent easy properties to sell !, and it was stressful at times. Tom has good good social skills, is a good communicator, and never got flustered, and was easy to work with. I would definately recommend Tom of Simple Approach, as Estate Agent to anyone selling their property.

GoogleSimple Approach were great from start to finish. They told us that the market was particularly good at the minute and when we gave the go ahead got everything moving within the week - from home report, to photos/video and advertising across Facebook and multiple other sites. They dealt with all bookings and showed people round the flat meaning we could go to work as normal. We sold our property within the day of it being advertised. When this fell through, they had it sold again two days later. What really attracted us to using Simple Approach was their promise that we don't pay if they don't sell. Would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about selling their property right now.

GoogleThe team at simple approach worked with me over many months on a difficult portfolio of properties that I was left to sell on behalf of a family member. For Tom and Christy, the workload involved never seemed to be too much bother, they were both always prompt and frienldy and always welcomed contact at any time. They would both go above and beyond to any resolve problems and wanted to relieve any stress that they could from myself. I really appreciate the hard work and effort that the team put in over many months and I would highly recommend this company. I would not hesitate to go to them again in the future.

GoogleI'll start this review by saying that, ironically, Simple Approach weren't my estate agent. I was dealing with a different company and Simple Approach were the selling party's estate agent; however I quickly established that dealing with Simple Approach was a lot 'Simpler' than my own solicitor. Christy at the Dundee branch was exceptional. She did exactly what she said she would do when she said she would do it, which for anyone that has dealt with Estate Agents and Solicitors knows, is a rarity! Cannot recommend Simple Approach enough and we will definitely use them for our next home purchase.

GoogleCannot recommend highly enough. From the first conversation we felt that our business was valued and that the team were really working for us. We were regularly updated with feedback as to viewings and follow-ups; at no time were we left wondering what was going on next. The team were polite, helpful and extremely professional. GoogleMy business has sold a number of properties through simple approach. We have always had outstanding service and professionalism from the team in Dundee. The photoshoots and video tours taken by David are very professional and make a massive difference when selling your property. Tom and Ray are both very easy to deal with, their knowledge of the market is second to none. They are very pro-active when it comes to getting your house on the market and quick to react to viewings and feedback. I would definitely recommend simple approach as an Estate and letting agent.

GoogleSubmitted an enquiry about buying house on there website. Was told it was closing in 2 days, and than the sales rep got angry about us not being ready to make a commitment in 48hrs!
