GoogleMy first experience renting private I was left in house with 2 kids that had hole in the wall going right to the outside left with busted up tiles in the kitchen that I ended up after to pull up and couldn’t replace for the safety of my child windows would close right I got to the point I lost my keys but after 2 and a half years of trying to get these problems fixed I had far to much anxiety that mainly stemmed from him implying I was lying about the birth of my child in January … in the end a independent charity got me out of this property. This landlord I can imagine would be fine if you know what your doing and understand the laws before you take a property not for someone just starting out in there first house.
