GoogleI am getting ready to vacate a property I have spent a year in under the management of Alison and her team. I can say that I have had nothing short of her full support and attention throughout the entire process. Everything was quick and easy to get set up. All issues we presented to Alison were logged and dealt with in a timely manner. We didn't have to argue or compromise, we were just given what was required when we needed it. I would happily rent through the company again based on the last years service.

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would.
Extremely unprofessional and greedy. All of the worst types of landlords rolled into one. They do not respect students especially and if you show her a slightest hint that you don't understand something related to the renting process they will exploit it. Constantly lying about intentions to fix things and never actually acting on it. An agent asked me why i was "giving her attitude" like she was my primary school teacher when i didn't want to tell her why me and my roomate were leaving. Some of the shadiest behaviour from any person I've ever seen. Most landlords are just incompetent, this one is malicious. Also impossible to contact when you actually need something.
Avoid at all costs.

GoogleUnable to leave a lessor rating. They bully and intimidate customers. Make false claims about tenants and contracts. Break their own agreements of the contracts and try to cover it by intimidating people. They do not give notice or request permission to access the property which is illegal and classed as trespassing. Rent is overpriced and flats are well below standards, repairs are not completed. Would avoid at all costs!

GoogleIt was by far the worst letting agency. We rented a flat through this agency. They were unprofessional, amateurs, and they did not do anything to assist us during our stay in Dundee.
We faced many issues living in this flat.For instance, a constant noise was coming from the pipes throughout the day. It was really annoying as it did affect our daily routine. They responded that it is common for new flats to make these types of noises. That's a joke.
I would not recommend renting any flat through this agency. Ideally, try to avoid letting houses via letting agencies.

GoogleI have read the previous reviews of this company and can confidently say that this was not my experience of AB. We had great support from the agent throughout the tenancy and could contact the office any time and they could not be more helpful. I obviously don't know what happened in any of the other scenarios but I certainly did not get the impression that I could be bullied or intimidated by anyone from AB. We dealt with the lady that runs the company throughout our tenancy and this was a pleasant experience for the whole time we were in the property, there was certainly not any time where i thought otherwise. Please note Im sharing my experience not discrediting others.

GoogleI do not recommend using this company for renting, the owner is rude and arrogant. The company is pretty bad in maintaining the properties, do not respond to tenant enquiries and if they respond they employ doggy engineers who work on the basis of going to rented properties breaking things apart to create work for themselves and then Property Management company send bills to tenants threatening them to pay the bill. Really unlawful code of conduct.
I do not recommend it to potential tenants as well as property owners.

GoogleWill disregard any complaints and treat tenants like criminals. They are quick to chase you for anything but when the shoes on the other foot they're extremely rude and disregard your complaint as nothing. They will lie to get you into the property.

GoogleEVEN IF THEY OFFER YOU A FLAT FOR FREE DO NOT TAKE IT. Avoid them at any cost. The female agent is a rude person that tries to intimidate the tenants and demands money from deposit no matter what. The worst experience with an agency I had in Dundee for 4 years.
