We were fortunate to both sell our property and purchase our new home through the property shop. We could not recommend Eoghan and his team highly enough. Throughout the entire process he was consistent, competent and provided clear communication. Highly recommend using the property shop if you are selling your home.

We just sold our apartment with the help of Eoghan and the Property Shop team in Dunboyne. Eoghan was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and kept us up to date every step of the way during our sale. I have recommended Eoghan to my Mam and Dad who are putting their apartment up for sale and I have no worries that Eoghan and the team will do just as good a job with them than they did for us. I Highly Recommend The Property Shop Dunboyne to anyone looking to sell or buy property in the area.

We recently purchased a property through Eoghan and the team in The Property Shop and couldn't have asked for a better, more transparent and efficient service than what we received. Eoghan is a gent who will keep you informed at each step and will always be at the end of the phone. Roisin who handled part of our dealings is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Having encountered other estate agents and the way they do things, the difference is astounding- we would definitely recommend The Property Shop.

Eoghan and Eugene were a pleasure to deal with and understood the complexity of the sale, which was through a power of attorney. I very much appreciated their expertise. I am happy to recommend them to others who are selling their home.

I would highly recommend Eoghan Murray and his colleagues at The Property Shop. Eoghan was always responsive to my queries & he was a comsumate professional at all times during the sale of my house during the very challenging period of Covid-19. We definitely had a WOW experience with Elaine in the Property Shop in selling our house in Ongar. Right from the first contact, Elaine had excellent knowledge of real estate Insights for our local area and helped us navigate the sale during the uncertain Brexit times. Elaine was extremely pragmatic in her valuation for our property and throughout the sale process which was completed with ruthless efficiency. The organising of viewings aligned with our personal circumstances whilst also maximised the opportunity to get buyers through the door. We achieved our target price and Elaine’s post sales service was consistent right through to closing on our property. Thank you Elaine and we firmly believe we received excellent value for our money. We highly recommend Elaine and the Property Shop to other prospective home sellers. Luka & Jackie
