GoogleI was told there were tables with monitors, there wasn't. No-one there to show me around I didn't know where things were or whether just to sit down anywhere, I had to ask other guests. I nearly sat in a regular's spot. No decent coffee facility and I could find a tea spoon. Not the best space for an ad-hoc hot desk. It was hard to find too. The location was lovely though, if I had time I would have liked to walk around.

GoogleThis has to be one of the most delightful venues in the land. Beautifully combining the spacious design of the old Crichton with a clean modern cafe, just sitting here brings peace - no music, calm but a gentle buzz of conversation and coffee making!
The toilets are exceptional, the setting sublime and to cap it all, low cost fast EV charging.
I had the scrambled eggs and smoke salmon on sourdough - delicious.

GoogleGifted to the people of Dumfries by Founder Dr Crichton....stolen from the people of Dumfries by the Local council...closed almost every ward and rented the land and buildings out as a commercial venture.
Absolutely criminal and shameful how this was done...the place is now nothing but a poor shell of what it used to be.
Many crichtonian families loaned personal items and artifacts to the Crichton museum...the museum was closed and many of the items were discovered for sale at various auctions....where did the money go???
We know where the patients went...out into the community...and many to their deaths!

GoogleWhat a superb place with many buildings of historical value. A build quality with pride. Certainly a thing of the past. Well worth a walk around. Take in lunch . May be just sit in well kept grounds and let time pass you buy. Superb

GoogleThe current regime at The Crichton are determined to decimate the Ladyfield site. This area is greenfield, conservation land which is absolutely full of wildlife and ancient trees.
The site itself is older than The Crichton estate!
It seems as though they are being driven by a desire to make a name for themselves as an organisation.
Absolutely disgusted!

GoogleLovely grounds, which are great for a dog walk. I went there for parkrun on a Saturday morning which I enjoyed.
Afterwards we ate at Critchton Central which was lovely food, but also cost us £5 each for a shower!

GoogleThe first time I've been there and it's a lovely church. Big and bright inside with good acoustics. Set in the old hospital grounds which are very well kept.

GoogleVisited Crichton Central today. What an incredible facility. Co working space, meeting rooms, excellent cafe with outside seating area, all in a beautiful and relaxing setting. The Crichton team deserve all credit for turning this space into something amazing, adding an outstanding facility for businesses, homeworkers and visitors. Superb.
