S B Property Dumbarton reviews

I recently put my property on the market with SB Properties in Dumbarton and honestly I only have positive things to say about this local business. They went above and beyond to ensure my property was marketed and priced appropriately to sell, which it did within a week. Stuart and his team were professional, friendly, helpful and I cannot rate them highly enough. So my advice is if you are thinking about selling then contact SB Properties.

Absolutely fantastic! From the first visit until sale Stuart and his team were proactive, professional, dedicated and accommodating. The sale brochure, photos, communication, viewings, administration and marketing were first class. The volume of viewers was way above expectations and this is down to how the house was marketed, extensive client base and excellent rapport the team have with clients. I cannot recommend SB highly enough. I have used SB previously and yet again they have delivered above and beyond. I will not go to any other estate agent. SB are the professionals in house sales and letting. Thank you so much Stuart & Team.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from S&B Property. They did an outstanding job selling my house. It went on the market and was sold within a week! When the first buyer unexpectedly pulled out, Stuart and the team had it sold again …

Stuart and his team were quick and effective in valuing, marketing and selling my property. Stuart was easily reachable throughout the process and was on hand to offer good advice to a first time seller. Wouldn’t sell a property through anyone else in the Dumbarton area.

Stuart and the team at SB Properties provided a fantastic service with the recent sale of our property. Always on hand when we had questions, Stuart provided clear guidance from our very first meeting to the day the keys were handed over to new owners. Highly recommended.

Stuart was very realistic when valuing our house, his knowledge of sales prices in todays market was excellent, meaning we got what he valued the house at to the penny in the open market He was friendly and helped us a great deal in other ways that were above his remit as our estate agent The girls in the office were always ready to listen to any problems and solve them or tell you how to solve them All in all a great part of the stress in buying and selling a house was removed as Stuart and his staff took part of the burden I would recommend SB properties to anyone, and allow them to take part of the stress away As a foot note they are also amongst the cheapest commision of all the estate agents in the areaPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Stuart and the team at SB properties are 5* top quality estate agents. During a rough time Stuart and the team made everything so sleek and easy which helped a lot. Very professional photos, brochure and online advertising for my property with a very quick sale. I would 100% recommend and use again with my next sale. Thank you

When selling our property, Stuart and the team couldn’t have done any more to make the whole process easy and straight forward. We needed to rent a property as we sold quickly and didn’t have another property lined up so Stuart again stepped in to help, sourcing a somewhere that suited us until we found something permanent. Can’t thank Stuart enough for all the help and making what can be a stressful time a lot easier for us.

Stuart was great from start to finish. He and his team were very professional and helpful. He gave great advice and my house wasn’t long on the market until a closing date was set. Although the sale itself wasn’t plain sailing that had nothing to do with Stuart and he was very supportive throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stuart and his team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Stuart and the team were very helpful and supportive. Their knowledge of the market and list of contacts were critical in assisting in getting my house let. My partner also sold her flat with them in less than one week! The ground floor flat had been on the market over a year, it's still on. In short; a friendly, professional and supportive service. Thanks guys
