I recently sold our house through David Muir estate agent and couldn’t be happier with the service received. From the initial valuation through to completion, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way and making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Their marketing of the property was fantastic, attracting strong interest and helping me achieve a successful sale. I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for all your hard work, dedication, and support.

Through the recommendation of a friend we contacted David Muir Estates to organise the sale of our house in Balloch. From the start the process was really professional and very soon we had exceptional video and photo presentations that demonstrated our property to our great satisfaction. The subsequent quick sale and the ease of contact for updates in the ensuing formalities was excellent. No hesitation in highly recommending their services.

We had a wonderful experience with David Muir Estates. From start to finish, they communicated everything clearly, had reasonable and transparent fees and did a fabulous job of photographing and selling our property. I simply would not go anywhere else for property services. They are the BEST!

I cannot recommend David Muir enough. I dealt mostly with Louise and Tracey during the sale of my house and both were fantastic at keeping me up to date with everything and answering any questions I had. The sale of my house didn’t go to plan unfortunately due to my buyers side, but they always reassured me and managed to do more for me than my solicitors ever did. Thanks for a great service.

Avoid at all costs Totally unprofessional, sold my house but was totally on side of buyer , made little effort to promote sale. Biggest mistake I ever made, I could have got a lot more with another estate agent . If I could have given zero stars I would

Mike Pattison Just rang and was told that my property with planning consent for a dwelling house was commercial! When I asked what constituted domestic, it appeared that the question was not susceptible of being understood. Curious.
