We have let our property through Seddons for the past two years and have found them to be responsive, helpful and accurate. We have confidence that they will keep us informed about legal requirements regarding safety, quality and condition of the property; the reliability and suitability of the tenants; and the collection of the rent. When requested they arrange for building and content maintenance and check that it's done satisfactorily. Their charges are reasonable and we would recommend Seddons as a competent and pleasant letting agency for this area.
