I have nothing but good words for this Estate Agent and a special thank you to Jen for going up and beyond for us. We were quite worried when our landlord advised us the new managing agent for our home would be in Manchester when we live in the North East however At The Place couldn't have been more helpful over the last year. Really poor service, unreliable company, slow to resolve issues tricking people out of their deposit

Really really bad experience with this company. Slow to quick problems, quick to rob you out of your deposit. Left the room on 11th August inspection was carried out more than 10 days later, agent sent me pictures showing the room quite different than the way it was left as they took too long to go out to inspect it. Disregarded the pictures I sent and kept on insisting the room needed deep cleaning - room was left open for more than 14 days. Still going back and forth with them after all this time. Utterly poor service and lack of integrity, stay away. Do not recommend.
