I rented a property with the help of property penguin. I actually hadn't heard of these guys before so I was abit hesitant. There was no need to be, with the help from gavin we were moved in within weeks, great communication, always on hand to help with any questions regarding the property and all round a great guy. Gavin was very professional and was very easy to talk to. Although I don't rent that property anymore even leaving a contract early was pretty smooth. I would definitely recommend gavin and his team at property penguin.
