Recently purchased our first home and we used Sam Preece as our Mortgage Advisor. We can’t thank him enough for making the whole process from start to finish as smooth & as stress free as possible. Fantastic estate agents from start to finish! If selling your property you can’t go wrong with Connells Halesowen. My first meeting was with Harrison Plant, who came round, discussed all details with me and gave me a valuation, he was very professional and knowledgable about all aspects of selling my home but he was also friendly and didn’t pressure me into signing with them, which I liked. As the house was empty ( I was an executor for an estate) Connells did all the house viewings for me which was a great help. Everyone I spoke to at the branch were extremely helpful and friendly, I dealt with Ben Hulme while the house was on the market and also during the sale and he was always very quick at responding to emails/calls and extremely helpful answering my many questions! I would highly recommend Connells Estate Agents Halesowen if you are selling your house their customer service was 10/10.

Curt has been an actual God send!!! Without curt backing my corner i dont know where I would be. Ive been using Curt as my mortgage advisor for a few years and will follow him wherever he goes! He has been available for me 24/7 and has backed my corner every single time. I honestly can not praise Curt enough! I must say how disappointed I am with the service we received from Connells Halesowen in the sale of our property. We chose Connells as even though their prices were higher than others we assumed we would get a premium service, unfortunately this was not the case. The phones are rarely answered (other than on the lettings side they always answered the phone for the sales side but they had to pass a message on to phone us back) I found this on multiple occasions. The standard of the agents showing potential buyers around properties is not up to scratch, and the agents rolled off the same speech at every property we viewed, and the same when they showed potential buyers to our property. Agent was often late to arrive to property and always blamed traffic. Agent didn't seem to know much about the properties he was showing and lacked attention to detail. Connells failed to chase up the progress of our buyer, and it was up to me to do the chasing for updates. We feel Connells did not offer the service they advertised and we are really disappointed we have had to pay so much money to them for such a poor service. I will not recommend Connells to friend and family.
