We would like to share our most positive experience of becoming tenants with Cairns & Downing Sales & Lettings. A close friend spotted a fantastic house on their website and shared it with us. From the very first moment we viewed this beautiful home, it became our dream to live there. The entire process, from enquiry and viewing to application submission, was smooth, well-organised, and impressively quick. Everything was handled by true professionals. Mark and Janet showed amazing understanding, listened carefully to how important this house was for our family, and genuinely went the extra mile to support us. We are incredibly grateful for the hard work, professionalism, and kindness shown to us. Thanks to Cairns & Downing, our dream of living in this home became a reality. We look back on this experience very warmly, it was emotional, positive, and stress-free. Every day, we truly enjoy living in our dream home. Thank you so much for helping us make this happen.

I highly recommend Carins and Downing. They are extremely professional and made a very stressful time of selling my house much easier. From the initial visit for evaluation Leon got the ball rolling quickly with surveys and a photographer to take photos for the listing. Which looked fantastic. Leon has been brilliant throughout, liaising with both parties and solicitors for a smooth sale. I really appreciate his professionalism and help in overcoming any obstacles. Thank you so much :)

Cairns and Downing were recommended to me by a good friend when selling my late Grandparents home. I cant recommend this company highly enough especially Leon. The whole process was straightforward and stress free. The house sold in a week and Leon made sure he guided us through the whole sale to completion. Thank you. And if anyone is considering using Cairns and Downing please don't hesitate as you wont be disappointed .

Highly recommend Cairns & Downing, Leon was brilliant. From the very start of the process to the very end, Leon was on hand to answer and questions we had and was integral in the purchase of our new home. Couldn't recommend the Cairns & Downing team and Leon enough for the top class service they provided.

My house was put on the market one week before Christmas. I had many viewers spread across two separate days and by one week after New Year’s Day I had gone sale agreed on both the house I was selling and the house I was buying. There’s a long way to go before contracts are exchanged. Leon is a very energetic and communicative sales agent. Cairns and Downing are very professional compared to my very poor experiences with other companies.

I had a really positive experience buying my first home through this Cairns and Downing. The team were professional, helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. As a first time buyer it was a big step, but they were always friendly and happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Communication was clear and they made the whole process feel much less stressful. When completion day came everything went smoothly and collecting the keys was easy. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you for helping make my first home purchase such a great experience.

From Lauras first visit and valuation right through to our house sale, the service this wee estate agents give was second to none. House was sold very quickly with no fuss. Viewings were handled by Jodie, and communication with her totally seamless & on point, couldn't have been better!! Jodie went way above and beyond to get us completed promptly, and as pain free as possible. Jodie is an absolute asset to her team at Cairns & Downing. Many thanks again kindest regards D & S Forsythe 😊

I have worked with Laura, Janet and Emma on a number of properties which they continue to manage for us and I have to say, I have found them to be the most professional and efficient management and letting agency I've ever worked with. Their communication levels are second to none and their attention to detail and proactive thinking is very rare in this industry, making them exceptional at their job. Would highly recommend them to anyone, for managing and letting out their properties. Tanya McGeehan MD MCG Investments

We recently used Cairns and Downing to sell my Mother's house, I dealt directly with Leon for the most part. Both he and the other members of the team were very easy to deal with and gave plenty of notice for viewings etc. On the few occasions where more information was required, it was provided quickly and efficiently. The experience was friendly and professional and I would happily recommend Cairns and Downing.

Found this room in an absolute emergency and I found Cairns and Downing to be a professional and fast moving estate agents. Emma was my agent and she was quick at responding to any emails and honestly there were no problems in the house so didn't have major contact. But if we needed her, I knew she would sort anything out.
