GoogleTom came and valued our property just before lockdown so it has taken a little longer to get a sale agreed. He was very responsive to any contact and has made the process of selling the property very straightforward. The key selling point for me is that he is local and understands the area and market. Would be happy to use the firm again.
Thank you John for your kind words, they are rally appreciated. It was a real pleasure to find you a buyer at such a difficult time.

GoogleHaving already sold a property with Tom Lawrence, we didn't even consider anyone else when it came to moving again five years later. Professional throughout, ever helpful, calming in time of crisis (caused by solicitors, not by anyone at TLC), always friendly, worked with us to get a good sale and, from start to finish, it has been a joy to deal with TLC (as much as buying and selling a house is ever a 'joy'). Estate agents just don't come better than this

GoogleAfter a terrible experience with another estate agent, Oulsnams were professional and went the extra mile to market our property. The photographer even went into the village to take more photographs of the area. Thank you Oulsnams.
