GoogleFirst time buying a house in Drogheda, and having seen over 50 different houses we did experience dealing with many property agents. I can vouch and say that Gary is the best. From the start until the handover of the key Gary and his team have been so responsive and helpful to expedite the entire process. If you are looking for a property please go with Property Partners Gary Little and be rest assured that you are in good hands and everything will go smooth. Thanks for everything Gary. GoogleWe bought our home from Gary and from the very first viewing (with Gary’s Dad John) it has been nothing short of a pleasure dealing with them. From Gary himself and all the ladies in the office they were all extremely responsive and more than happy to answer anything. We’ll hopefully never have to use an estate agent again but would not hesitate one second in recommending Gary and his team. Stephen & Laura
Thanks so much Stephen & Laura. Hope you have many a happy year in your beautiful new home

GoogleOur house went up for sale on 6th July 2022 and we went “Sale Agreed” on 29th August, 2022. Gary was our auctioneer and, for many months we have been meaning to acknowledge the great service he gave. Better late than never! In moving house, one must deal with many professionals, and we were very lucky in all our dealings. However, the gold medal goes to Gary. He was unfailingly helpful and courteous. Invariably he was at the other end of the phone when we needed to speak to him. If busy, he got back to us as soon as possible, and always before the close of business on the same day. If we panicked about closing dates etc., he remained calm and gave us excellent advice. We are happy to unreservedly recommend him. The administrative staff in the office were equally courteous and helpful.

TrustpilotExcellent company
The staff at Property partners gallivan have been so great while we search for our forever home. The market is really tough at the moment and it's very helpful receiving email updates whenever a suitable house comes on the market. Tadgh has been so informative and honest at the viewings we have been to. The girls in the office are brilliant, really organised and so helpful!
Thank you for your review Rachael. We really appreciate your custom and we wish you the best of luck in the future. All the team @ PPG

GoogleI would highly recommend Little Property Partners whether you are renting or selling. I have dealt with Caroline for a number of years to rent my property and found her to be high professional, efficient, easy to talk to and to get advice from. I then went on to recently sell this property and had a similar professional and efficient experience with Gary Little. I really felt that I could lift the phone at any time with any queries that I had. Exceptional service from beginning to end. Thanks guys !

GoogleI have been dealing with Caroline from Property Partners for over 6 years. She helped us out at a time that we were dealing with a very difficult tenant and she sorted out the situation very promptly and professionally. She has managed the rental of the property since then without any issues. She has looked after the property, ensured great tenants, looked after registration with PRTB and all rent payments, provided all services required for maintenance and took all the stress out of renting out a house. I could not recommend Caroline and Property Partners highly enough.

GoogleI cannot recommend Property partners and in particular Caroline enough. All transactions are completed in the most competent manner and their letting service is very fair and honest for both tenant and landlord alike. Caroline's experience is invaluable and the back up service Property partners provide through their experienced team of Painters, Plumbers and Electricians is vital to ensure a perfect quick fix solution for both landlord and tenant. Continued success to Property Partners. .
