Drighlington Properties have just sold a house for us and they were amazing as always. All the staff are very professional but also easy to talk to. They were so helpful from the beginning to the end of the process offering lots of advice and help along the way. Gail kept us updated with how the sale was progressing and kept us in the loop about what to expect next etc. I would definitely recommend Drighlington Properties to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. They have also sold my daughter in laws house, my son and his wife bought a house with them and also my niece and her partner and my cousin sold hers. So lots of happy customers we are so lucky to have our own estate agents in Drighlington. Well done Drighlington Properties.

Where do I even start with this wonderful company? Steph and the team are all absolutely brilliant. From the very first meeting with Steph when she valued our house, through all the usual stressful moments moving house entails right through to completion, we can not fault them. Whenever I needed to speak to somebody you can guarantee they answer the phone and/or return your call immediately. They genuinely do care about their customers and that shows throughout the entire process. Darren, the photographer, also spent a great deal of time trying to capture accurate photographs which showed a true reflection of our house. We felt this was so important. I will never use another estate agent to sell our house and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else but Drighlington Properties. They are undoubtedly the best Estate Agents I’ve ever dealt with. A great big thank you to Steph and the team. You all do an amazing job and make a stressful experience much less stressful.

100% recommend! We have just sold our apartment with Drighlington Properties, it has been a smooth process and all the ladies have been so helpful. We have been dealing with Joanne who is lovely, but even if you get through to the other ladies they're all so helpful. Caroline, Gayle, Joanne, Lorna and Steph, I hope I haven't forgotten anyone! You are the A team! We also bought a house through Drighlington Properties which again was so easy and we was always kept in the loop! I really would use anyone else! I cannot thank Steph and Joanne enough for their assistance. From the beginning, Steph provided clear and realistic advice. A professional photographer was used to present the house in its best light. When the house went up for sale it was promoted regularly through Rightmove/their website and through social media. As the house went up for sale in winter, perhaps the garden wasn't presented in its best light and when summer came round, they were more than happy to return to the property to take updated photographs. Their knowledge and experience ensured a quick and easy process once we accepted the offer. A few issues arose throughout the process which could have delayed or even resulted in losing the sale, however their solutions to the problems and assistance in getting the issues sorted was invaluable. Regular updates were provided and they were more than accommodating in assisting with viewings when I wasn't available. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property.

We've had a couple of houses through Drighlington properties. Always found them efficient, quick to respond and lovely to deal with. They always return calls and emails. Stephanie and the team are really friendly and genuinely care about doing a good and professional job. They pulled all the stops out to get things rolling in a really tight timeframe so we could move before Christmas. Just applied for a house to be told lot's of people have applied... I don't know why that's relevant and then i have been told i must see the virtual tour before i apply as it's not fair on anyone else. Sorry but isn't renting a property first come first serve or at the discretion of the landlord? All i wanted to do was apply to move house but ended up getting degraded and told that i may not get the property before filling in any personal information. Estate agents need to realise they're providing a service and not above the tenants and all we want to do is send our details across and get told yes or no not to be made to jump through hoops. Since then you replied to this comment in an attempt to make it look like i have an attitude problem when in fact i am pleasant and treat everyone with respect. Being a digital marketing manager in Leeds i deal with clients all the time and try to make them feel important and valued. Not to judge them by saying a lot of people have applied for the house if you had any sales ability at all wouldn't you say this house has had a lot of applicants and it may be a waste of your time but we have these properties or we can help you find your home? Just some feedback from someone who made 3Million last month across my retainers. Wish you the best in your future
