GoogleWe bought our house from Fry and Kent and they made the process feel so easy.
Juliette was amazing - nothing was too difficult. Juliette even put up with showing us several houses and was always open, happy and had visions. She did her everything to be available and to accommodate us.
Once we had chosen and had the offer accepted Juliette and Amanda were amazing - both were on hand whenever needed they were always quick to respond to emails and always managed to reassure concerns (even when I emailed in a panic haha) and they provide timely updates.
We have bought our forever home but would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling. We have been recommending them to our families and friends.
I loved the way that both Juliette and Amanda who I can imagine are so so busy made you feel a priority and they genuinely wanted to help you.

GoogleCurrently going through a stressful house sale, ongoing delays caused by incompetent online solicitors in the chain ( PPL ..don't ever think about using them !!) but the lovely ladies at Fry and Kent Drayton, Juliette and Amanda, have been absolutely brilliant throughout. They are constantly in touch with us, answering any queries we have, hand holding, soothing brows etc.
Can honestly say without them we would have withdrawn from sale but we are sticking with it and hoping for an exchange and completion soon.
