GoogleFrom my first meeting with Lecale Lettings my experience was excellent. From viewing the apartment to signing my lease was seamless. Nothing was too much trouble and the girls were friendly , courteous and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with this company again. Highly recommended. Facebookthese are the kind of people lecale let live in there homes. text copied and pasted from a girl being intimated in her own home use should be ashamed of yourselfs I never write posts but I need to make anyone living in killough aware. I was out with my friends for dinner tonight, came home at about 11.30pm saw a man hanging out his window next door and he watched me walk into my house on my own. I went for a shower and heard a bit of noise which I thought was my door knocking. Turned around to see a man coming through my bathroom window with a phone in his hand!!! Which I assume was maybe videoing or taking pictures. I screamed as loud as I could and threw a towel round me he ran off and I slammed the window shut. This all happened in the space of 5minutes! I rang the police but of course nothing was done. Please anyone living near me lock your doors and Windows, my window wasn’t even open it was just unlocked. I am absolutely terrified!! This is one of many incidents that’s happened with this address next door either.

GoogleTurned up today for a house viewing. Estate agent seemed to not care about the house nor our questions. We were very quickly filled in by a family who stank of weed and from then we were ignored. We went upstairs to look at the bathroom and when we got in we noticed someone had pissed in the toilet and not flushed with poopy toilet paper. When we came down to ask her some questions she didn't know anything and was extremely blunt. She wasn't helpful and looked like she hated her job.

GoogleSon moving into his first home and I found the ladies at Lecale very helpful. Any hiccups and Sarah was quick to respond and sort things out. Great service. Son near ready to make his first big step alone so it's good that Lecale are there to assist.

Because what ever problem I had, Sarah and Leanne ,never let me down ,they resolve all repairs very quickly and with the highest rank of professionalism ,they really care about their tenants ! FacebookLecale have allowed men to terrorise a single young woman on her own now for months. Every time they are contacted they turn a blind eye! This woman is afraid to stay in her home due to this and Lecale don’t care as long as rent is being paid!

FacebookLecale lettings are continuing to house people in their properties knowing full well they are terrorising local communities and more so young women living alone. There actions to turn a blind eye is an absolute disgrace considering they have been made fully aware of the ongoing problem.

FacebookI have been a tenant with Lecale Sales and Lettings for over 7 years now and have found the staff to be very friendly and approachable.Sarah and Leanne have the highest rank of professionalism and they really care about all their tenants.Nothing is too much trouble and repairs etc are dealt with very quickly in my experience. Highly Recommend.
