GoogleFrom my first meeting with Lecale Lettings my experience was excellent. From viewing the apartment to signing my lease was seamless. Nothing was too much trouble and the girls were friendly , courteous and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with this company again. Highly recommended. GoogleTurned up today for a house viewing. Estate agent seemed to not care about the house nor our questions. We were very quickly filled in by a family who stank of weed and from then we were ignored. We went upstairs to look at the bathroom and when we got in we noticed someone had pissed in the toilet and not flushed with poopy toilet paper. When we came down to ask her some questions she didn't know anything and was extremely blunt. She wasn't helpful and looked like she hated her job.

GoogleSon moving into his first home and I found the ladies at Lecale very helpful. Any hiccups and Sarah was quick to respond and sort things out. Great service. Son near ready to make his first big step alone so it's good that Lecale are there to assist.

GoogleLecale have looked after my rental property for five years and I have found all the staff incredible. They do what they say they will do. They are exceptionally professional from the vetting process to the exit moment. They manage both the needs of the client and the tenant without there being conflict. They have been a great medium through which to work. They know the law and are not excellent and making sure everyone is safe and secure during the jetting period. I can only thank them for supporting me in my role as landlady.

We were with Lecale Lettings for about 6 years. Very professional and prompt ladies who are there to help both tenants and landlords. Whenever an issue arose they were always willing to get it sorted in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to use them as either tenant or landlord.
