Despite a lot of setbacks and unexpected twists and turns in the selling process they were a reassuring presence throughout and couldn't do enough to help us. Would 100% recommend them!

Would give 0 if was possible. Worst I have ever dealt with. Was seriously looking for house in Downham market. Promised call back for viewing dates for one house I called multiple times and was first one who called week later said to me viewings is full . Other house viewing I managed to get and I filled the reference but no response from them still to this day 2 months gone by .I called them said landlord didn't make decision yet over one month of waiting and then I had viewing with different agents and driven past the house seen new for sale sign . Just update people on waiting for you its not difficult. And another house no response again for viewings weeks of waiting and calling . Just no care

If I could give zero or even a negative review, I would. I have been a reliable tenant with King & Partners for nearly two years, yet we have experienced repeated and unacceptable issues. Landlords and contractors have arrived at our home without providing the contracted required notice. When these concerns were raised, emails went unanswered and phone calls were avoided. One of the owners, in particular, appeared to believe he was too important to address a tenant’s concerns. On multiple occasions, unannounced visitors have entered the gardens, frightening my children as strangers walked around our garden. Contractors have stubbed cigarettes out on our oil tank, and our garden has been torn up by machinery following access arrangements made by the landlord/King & Partners, without any notification to us as tenants. While I love our home, I would certainly not recommend renting with King & Partners. Based on our experience, tenants are clearly not treated as a priority.

Adam and his team dealt with both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Throughout, Adam could not have been more proactive, helpful and flexible and provided outstanding communication at all stages of both sales. His business partner Paul was also very helpful by letting us have as much early access as we needed in our new home to plan and measure up. Very disappointed today with the valuation I was given today for my bungalow. As we had the house on market for 285 ooo to start with another agent and dropped the price to 275000. Contacted Kings they liked everything they saw but wouldn’t take the house on at 280000 I thought this very childish attitude will go elsewhere .

We choose King & Partners because we wanted to go with a local company rather than a larger national or regional chain of estate agents. We dealt primarily with Chris who did a great job of keeping everything together despite the challenges presented by the 3 house chain. The rest of the team where also on hand and were knowledgable of our circumstances when Chris wasn’t available due to holidays etc. Everyone in the team helped us through the process of selling our house and whilst it may have taken over 5 months, this was mainly due to legal issues. We were kept informed along the way with timely updates when necessary. We would highly recommend King & Partners for anyone local selling their property.

We used Paul for our re-mortgage, as our fix was up and with how uncertain everything is at the moment, we wanted advice on the best way to move forward. Paul was absolutely fantastic! He made us feel very comfortable and you could tell he really wanted to help. He got us the best deal possible and was always checking the rates to see if they had come down since our last meeting. Was great to get a call from him saying he could get us a better rate, even though we had already locked one in with him. genuinely couldn't recommend king & partners more. from start to finish chris was always on the phone and happy to help with any questions we had and we had alot. we had 2 houses fall through but even when things where complicated chris and the team still stayed positive. our house was presented very well by the team and we achieved an asking price offer, which massively helped with our onwards purchasing although the business side of the sale was handled perfectly it was more the personal and friendly touch we received that made an, extremely stressful process, so much easier. thank you to chris and the team for providing a genuinely brilliant service.

1 review 20 hours agoNEW King and Partners of Downham Market? Well what can I say? They have marketed and sold my property and it's been a long and difficult struggle from day one. King and Partners didn't shy away from a depleted market for house sales, rising mortgages and all the underlying issues affecting house sales. They didn't discourage me, they worked with me to achieve a realistic selling price and they continued to work alongside me offering expert advice throughout. They demonstrated a skillset second to none as they guided me through what turned out to be an incredibly lengthy and stressful process. They reassured me throughout, they worked above and beyond on many occasions on my behalf, and kept my focus where it needed to, be leaving them to do all the hard work. I have nothing but high praise for everyone in situ. Selling a property is stressful in its own right, but King and Partners are a bespoke team who welcome you in and treat you like one of their own. I received personal service throughout and not passed to many different departments as is often the case with larger companies. Such an amazing service that I cannot fault, nor find enough words to give credit to them. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have a property to sell or looking to purchase this small hard working team are the ones to go to. It's a no brainer, just do it!

Have been a customer of Kings and Partners since December 2022. Absolutely faultless from the moment we contacted them with an interest in finding a new rental opportunity in Downham. And I do say this from having visited every agent in the town and beyond. Kings were one of only two that as a private renter gave me a seat and asked me questions about what I required instead of pointing me to the right move website and to wait for alerts. (Hats off to Shannon who was our point of contact wonderfully intelligent and professional lady to whom nothing was too much trouble) That personal touch made me and my family feel like people as opposed to just another of the huge number of people looking for a rental property in a very nice town. We managed to find a house in short order,not only that but a very good landlord too. (Not surprising that Kings also have thoroughly decent and professional landlords on their books).
