GoogleHaart lettings haven't updated their Google entry. They are now only in Whiteladies Road. Important! Reviews look too good to be true? My experience dealing with them was horrendous, my son and 3 housemates ended up without accommodation or even a moving in date right at the start of term. 1 excuse after another.
Incompetence or negligence? deceitful or or just a bit dim? who knows? JUST AVOID THEM. If you do use them they'll recommend Virgin Media to get the £50 kick back. Thomas and Nicola 'What a Team'.

YellUnder value house price error.
The team at Fishponds were hard working and courteous at all times. However, like any business they made errors. In this case it was to under value my house for sale by £20-30K. It only came to light after I had accepted an offer, so I was able to pull out in time fortunately. I was prepared to compromise on the sale price as was the buyer. They offered more and I agreed to lose £10-15K. The regional manager (RM) for Haart though, wasn't prepared to take any responsibility and wanted the full fees, despite their mistake and the willingness to accept a lose from both myself and the buyer. In other words, their commission was more important to the RM than seller and buyer customer satisfaction. Low-quality and uncompromising decision making like his was the final straw and I pulled out altogether so they got nothing.

YellShoddy property management
They secured a company let for my residential 3 bedroom house. 8 men lived in the house. They left 2 years worth of rubbish in the garden and construction waste. HAART NEVER GAVE ME AN INSPECTION REPORT IN 2 YEARS. The staff usually never answer my emails or phone calls and are evasive at best. Having them manage my property was a nightmare. They have little sense of responsibility and are the worst property managers I have had the misfortune to ever come across.

YellAbsolutely awful service
I would not recommend Haart lettings services to anyone. They have ignored my tenants requests to fix leaks in the house and they just ignore my calls and emails. Getting hold of anyone within the Fishponds branch to answer a question is impossible. They give you a lot of attention in the beginning, then once they have you signed into a contract and are getting their money are seriously not interested. I will certainly not be using them again.

Beware Landlords before you use their letting service, the service is dire for a start and then charge you rip off fees when they quote a cheaper price, I've been totally ripped off by them, landlords beware you will not be happy..!!The Fishponds office is a shambles, never update you what's going on and then they make school boy mistakes with contracts.!! BEWARE LANDLORDS you have been WARNED..!!

Positive: Professionalism & HonestWe have been dealing with Kate, who from the start has been completely honest and professional. From the professional photos taken of our house which sold straight away to the tough negotiations with our seller who was very difficult. Kate even contacted us with updates when she was on annual leave. Would defiantly recommend Haart and Kate.
