I am very happy to recommend and endorse Gavin Wallis at Wallis &Co estate agents. Gavin is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and personable. He handled the sale of our property from Day 1 going above and beyond to ensure we were fully appraised of each and every step. He gave excellent advice and was happy to listen to us. Perhaps the best thing I can say is that we greatly appreciated his prompt and appropriate communication skills. He was always there in person, on the phone or by email when necessary. I would have no hesitation in using this agent again and highly recommend him.

I have recently sold a property with Wallis and Co and could not be more pleased with the service received from Gavin. After the initial contact, he came and valued the property promptly, had photos taken and the property was listed online as soon as I gave the go ahead. Gavin is professional and courteous and kept me updated at every step of the way.
