I initially chose them thanks to the warm and professional approach of Maddy at the front of house. Shea then provided a well-researched valuation and responded quickly to all of my questions. Kayleigh expertly negotiated an offer and timescale that worked perfectly for everyone in our chain. Finally, Emily handled the sales progression with empathy and complete regularity; her weekly updates provided a level of reassurance I haven't experienced with other agents.

Jade the sales progressor also did a great job updating us and handling any concerns after the offer was accepted. After having challenging first buyers they went out of their way to get us a new better offer and see it through to exchange of contracts. I would use them again if I ever look to move again.
