GoogleSo I take it I'm not getting my boiler fixed??? Great stuff thank you I really appreciate it ive got no hot water and no gas plus I've rang the office a dozen times BEFORE the closing time and no answer and so ive had no boiler since 22nd and because they're not open tomorrow it will literally be a week with no boiler thank you very very much

Google-edited to add, they have also stolen our packages and had them in their office, took them from property in folkestone to Dover and at first refused to admit they had them until they mysteriously appeared at the office. Absolutely abysmal service we were tenants for over 8 years. They refused to fix black mould leaking pipes and subsiding and falling down walls in the property where disabled person and children lived. Upon moving out they are threatening us for rent we do not owe and had never missed a rent payment. Had even forwarded on their breach of their end of the tenancy agreement onto the housing authority at the council and various other professionals who urged us to move out as soon as possible because the property was uninhabitable. Thousands of pounds of our personal items have been ruined by the mould from their property and they never fixed it after waiting months and years for them to do something about it. Avoid at all costs, if you value your health and safety.

GoogleContacted them as they say they can help anyone with their needs thing is, if you don't earn over a settling amount per year which they change at their whim and you don't have a guarantor they refuse to help and become very rude, the woman I spoke to accused me of being abusive to her before when I'd never spoken to anyone their before this day. I would give this place 0 stars but I can't I would avoid this place like the plague very rude and discrimnatory against people in our situation, don't go her if your disabled they don't care. Update, looking into them I think this place needs to be investigated theirs some dodgy stuff going on with this company.

GoogleThis company posted a property a few weeks ago, I enquired and was instantly told no, based on my earnings, today I enquired on one they had posted that required less annual income and lower salary for a guarantor. This seemed perfect and there was no reason we couldn’t have it. until Kent sales and Lettings adjusted the ad and told us no yet again! In all, this company has ridiculously high standards, for properties that are bottom of the ladder, and the customer service you receive is completely shocking! We fit the criteria perfectly, then all of a sudden we didn’t. This company moved the goalposts, halfway through the game without so much as an apology. To be honest, I feel like we have had a lucky escape, I can’t imagine living in a property that is being managed by such a heartless company!

GoogleEnquired on a property where I met their basic salary requirements, but I was told that I required a guarantor due to collecting benefits. The director apologized claiming it was a mistake on their end but it initially seemed clear to me that the goal posts were moved due to the fact that I collected benefits. I had the impression that if I didn't mention that I received benefits I would have been able to view the property without any issues. Despite the directors apology the impression that I had based on his email is that I am not welcome to use their services any more. I challenged the legitimacy of their requirement to have a guarantee entirely based on the fact that I collected benefits and I was 'black listed' as a result.

GoogleIf I could give no stars I would. We live in ashford, and we rent a property from them. They are the worse agencies we have have rented from. You have a problem they just forget to sort things out. I don’t know if it’s because we live in Ashford and they’re in dover but it shouldn’t matter. They take forever to fix things. When I chased them up they said oh we don’t actually have anyone working for us that go to Ashford!! Urm well you have a property in Ashford so… they then hired some cowboys that did bodge jobs around the house ‘fixed’ the fence and of course it has come down again. Still waiting a whole month later and not heard a single thing. Lost felt on top of the shed the bloke thought he had fixed it but said oh he must of fixed someone else’s in Ashford… not heard anything back since. So everything in the shed is completely ruined. If you have a house in Ashford and want to rent it through these. I really wouldn’t if I was you.

GoogleI'm not ready to let my property yet but wanted some advice on how to go about it. Despite the fact I wasn't looking to use Dover Letting Agency just yet they were extremely helpful and gave me all the information i needed to know with no pressure to do anything i wasn't ready to do. Great service and will definitely go to them when I'm ready to go!!

GoogleAfter having difficulties & much disappointment finding a house with other local letting agents I made contact with Dover Letting Agency who were able to locate a wonderful property for myself and my daughter, the DLA have gone above and beyond call to help me out here and I can’t thank them enough. Would recommend !
