GoogleSales were generally very helpful, but after sales support and build quality is sorely lacking. Had to chase to get snags fixed, after nearly six months we're still waiting for all the snags to be completely fixed.
Major build issues like drains full of sand, water pooling, vent covers falling out of place and insulation not properly installed.
Builders have been extremely messy, consistently letting their rubbish fly into the gardens of homeowners.
Just a constant headache really.

Also had an independent snagging review done after moving in which did not uncover any major issues. After sales service has been good and the neighbours are friendly! Very happy with our new home.
