He's helped us with everything, from the transfer from the previous managers, to all aspects of maintenance, simple and complex. GoogleWorking in the industry, I know more than most about the process and emotions involved in selling a property, and I have high expectations of anyone I work with. Paul gave an honest review of the house, and the drone footage offered really sold the property setting. Selina pushed hard to get the best price that suited both parties and presented the buyers' full position and financial situation in great detail to give me the comfort needed to accept. I was updated without prompting, and the whole sale transaction went smoothly. I would highly recommend the team, I cannot fault any part of the service and its so nice to work people who genuinely care and go above and beyond.

GoogleSuch a breath of fresh air with our new managing agents. No complex phone system - you can speak to someone friendly who immediately takes the details. Very quick response to issues and they've appointed an excellent groundskeeper who in less than 2 months has smartened up the whole of the block.

GoogleAbsolutely first class customer service from Jamie Burgess at Patrick Gardner. We were approached by Jamie regarding the sale of a portfolio consisting of two adjoining properties which were quite unique, grade II listed and only suitable for a cash buyers. The purchase should have been straight forward but was unfortunately substantially delayed by the sellers. Without Jamies’ professionalism and almost daily contact I have no doubt that we would be still waiting for the sellers and their legal team to be ready to exchange! If you are looking to buy or selling in the Dorking area then we would strongly recommend speaking to Jamie.

GoogleI cannot thank Patrick Gardner (Jamie and Selina in particular) enough for how they handled the sale of my property and for all the support they gave me in purchasing my next one even though they were not the acting agents, without their help and support it simply would not have happened. Beside all the practical help and advice I received, both Jamie and Selina offered me kindness and care at a very difficult time. Selina in particular was very sensitive and careful whilst handling the viewings on my former family home as she understood how difficult the process was for me.
