We chose Parker’s for their local knowledge, and realistic valuation. They delivered we got viewings and we secured a buyer. That’s when their secret weapon Wendy came into play - she was amazing she made a slightly protracted process manageable, she coped with the wobbles, the bad news phone calls amazingly and honestly if we hadn’t been so well supported we would not have made it this far. Wendy you are a star. Would recommend Parker’s their local knowledge and support is second to none, they were timely and efficient, Warren took the pictures and it was one of his viewings that secured us our buyer. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Parkers Property Consultants and Valuers have been Michelin star restaurant quality in my opinion whilst dealing with our property purchase they were marketing. Our own property sale with a another well known estate agents was slow and painful. Parkers with all the delays we were having, remained on board and kept our purchase and the seller onboard until we were able to exchange some 9 months later. I'm certain without their knowledge and experience in the property field, our purchase would have collapsed. Thanking Mike, Warren and I know others who helped, they are the gold standard for us !!!
