TrustpilotDO NOT USE FOR RENTING
DO NOT USE FOR RENTING. It took over a month and numerous emails for them to process the repayment of our security deposit. We had to do all the chasing - all they could supply was excuses. You have been warned.

TrustpilotFox and sons- burgess hill branch
Fox and sons- burgess hill branch Myself and my partner bought through fox and sons, the experience was stressful due to the seller of the house we were purchasing, but I can happily say that f+s were very supportive and helpful through this experience. Jamie from fox and sons was especially great at staying in contact with me and was amazing support and guidance.

TrustpilotAll the staff were efficient
All the staff were efficient, knowledgable, kept to deadlines, communicative, polite and extremely helpful. The property's sale under difficult circumstances would not have been achieved without their diligent work and excellent support. Well done to you all and thank you. Good luck for the future.

TrustpilotFox and Sons Hastings Awful.
Fox and Sons Hastings are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Never call you back, fail to deal with complaints and fail to deliver on promises. I would avoid them at all costs and go elsewhere. Customer service is not a thing they understand.

GoogleDecided to use another agent to sell my property. Constant calling from fox &sons for me to change to them. Got to the point where I complained to their head office to have my details removed from their data base. They called being proactive it was verging on harassment.

Customer service is great at first but once they’ve got you they couldn’t care less. Staff are rude and are always ‘too busy’
