Would especially like to thank Lucy as she kept me well informed on the progression of the sale and regularly chased solicitors and buyers for updates she is a credit to the company/branch. Also like to thank all the other branch staff for the seamless help they provided would highly recommend this agent for any property sale they take the stress out of it.

GoogleJacqueline Bean from the Doncaster branch was extremely helpful and supportive. She kept us very well informed and everything very transparent throughout the entire sales process. The buyer's solicitor was difficult to get hold of and very slow to respond, but Jacquie kept chasing them up for updates and effectively managed to speed up the sale process through her professional and persistent efforts. At the onset of the process Jamie Spencer was also a friendly valuation manager who smoothly got the ball rolling for us. I would highly recommend this branch without hesitation.

GoogleGreat experience buying our first home with 'Your Move'. All of the staff, and in particular Jacquie, have always been so helpful and efficient with any queries or questions we had. Buying your first home can be a little daunting and the staff at 'Your Move' were always so patient, kind and happy to clarify anything we were unsure of. They are all very friendly and want the best for their clients. We also used the services of Nick Milner, who is a financial adviser based within 'Your Move' Doncaster. He was a pleasure to work with! Very efficient, understanding and provided a fast, fantastic service. I would highly recommend 'Your Move' and Nick Milner (embrace financial services). GoogleAvoid like the plague! 0 stars if I could. Both my parents and my Nan are listed with this agent as they both want to relocate closer to my wife and I. Firstly, 20 weeks sole agency is ridiculous especially when it’s been 12 weeks and my Nan has had a total of 1 viewing. That one viewer made an offer £35,000 under asking as it was out of her budget. She then upped her offer and YM didn’t inform my Nan at all. She found out only upon ringing 3 days later. This lost her the possible sale and potential onward purchase. They then suggested instead of lowering the price they would show it to potential buyers who were close to the budget but have yet to even have a single viewing booked 2 weeks later. Then, with regards my parents sale, YM have only booked in 3 viewings in 12 weeks. The last of which didn’t even show up. When the agent didn’t show up my Dad called the office, they had no idea and didn’t even know why no one showed up. My mum is disabled and bed ridden so it is a real effort to move her for viewings. Unfortunately due to her condition the move then writes her off for the following week. Totally disgusted that they didn’t even get a courtesy call to say sorry we’ve cancelled so she had to get out of bed for nothing. And they’re STILL tied into a 20 week contract. AVOID AVOID AVOID
