GoogleWe used Kirsty Burrows from Preston Baker and she was amazing. Helped throughout the whole process and made sure everything was done correctly and quick. The whole process was finished within 6 weeks from start to finish so this was fantastic. Love our new house and we have kirsty to thank for this.

GoogleI met Anna Greaves in Preston Baker . she is friendly and very cooperative . Two houses we checked so far was not up to our expectations and therefore we did not proceed . I recommend Anna if you are interested in buying any property from Preston Baker .

GoogleWhen we decided to list our property in June 2021, we invited 5 estate agents to value our property. We chose to enlist our property with Preston Baker after Andrew came to value our property and gave a very thorough pitch as to why we should use them and backed it up with data. We were particularly taken with how professional both Preston Baker as a brand and also their staff members seemed to be. The brand exudes first class service. We chose to have a launch day a week or so after launching it on Rightmove. Charlotte came the day before to introduce herself and view the house. The launch day was successful, with 5 viewers ending with two offers. We have now accepted an offer. We were particularly appreciative of the Wattsapp group between ourselves and Charlotte as this has proven to be useful for contacting whilst at work and unable to take calls. We cannot thank Preston Baker enough for their exemplary service.

GoogleAlthough Preston and Baker were our sellers estate agents they were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble No question was a silly question and was dealt with promptly.We were kept in touch constantly and the team were knowledgable and informative.I hope that this move is our last one but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Preston and Baker if we needed to sell our home again.
