From the outset of meeting Annie at the door (earlier than arranged) which was a bonus because I was in the vicinity already looking around the area. She let me no I was able to go in when I'm ready. When the door opened I was greeted with the warmest of smiles. I was shown around the property with no pressure of rushing and she was sure I didn't miss an inch of the property, I asked questions and she answered straight back with the right information, if the information could not be answered she found the answer from the vendor there and then. I was very satisfied with my viewing. Before I left I was told if I need any more information then, please don't hesitate to ask. I would like to add she acted most professionally and she's an asset to the moss firm. Kind regards, Mr smith

I first went to my own bank which were unable to secure me what I wanted. Anita managed to get my mortgage which was quite difficult with my personal circumstances. Would highly recommend her to anyone. She has also sorted some business out for my nephew who is now very happy with the outcome. Thanks again Anita.
