GoogleI couldn’t recommend these guys enough, they really know their stuff. My 3 bed detached was on the market for 2 days before an offer was made thanks to Matt and his team. Superb prices, and super service, they couldn’t do enough to help me, offering all the advice and sorting the necessary contacts to put the sale through smoothly and quickly. Contacted via form on website and also left a voicemail to arrange a viewing and to ask a few questions regarding the property we was interested in. This was at the beginning of December and still heard nothing. Wouldn't like to think I had my house up for sale with an agent and not return calls when the property has been sat on the market a while.

However my circumstances changed then but in July of this year he returned to my house as I’d decided to sell again. Within 8 hours my house had sold to the first viewer. This was down to Matthews marketing skills. The photos and descriptions were spot on. I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone. 5* rating all the way

I have tried to get a viewing on a property and have contacted them 5 times over the space of a couple of weeks and given my details to them twice and I still haven’t been able to arrange a viewing. Absolutely appalling service. Would never use them for any property service.
Good morning further to your review, due to covid at the moment we have to follow the process which includes using video viewings initially and only booking in physical viewings as a last option. We are aiming to look after people as much as possible during this unprecedented time but understand that this is a little frustrating. We only have peoples health in mind and I believe the video was sent through to you immediately after your initial enquiry. GoogleBought a house in 2019 which MJK were selling. No hassle, no pressure, good communications & even drove to the house to provide me with the keys on sale day, changing the previously agreed time to suit me as my move was delayed an hour. Helpful & will use if/when I sell.
