TrustpilotAmazing team
After a difficult house buying journey we decided to purchase a Hoober home and the team have been nothing short of amazing! Henri and Siobhan have gone above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and as stress free as possible! Henri made the experience by being easily contactable, keeping us updated every step of the way and making it all happen.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review, Harry and Abbie.
We’re genuinely so pleased we could help make your journey a positive one, especially after what sounds like a stressful start elsewhere.
Henri and Siobhan will be absolutely delighted to read this, they really do care about making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible, so it means a lot that we made that happen for you... completing in 8 working days is no small feat, so we’re glad the whole team pulled together for you.
Wishing you both every happiness in your new Hoober home. Thank you again for choosing us, and for your kind words, they really do mean a lot.

TrustpilotBe aware
I need to start by saying the 2 star review is related to one issue, but a large issue! When I signed up for the property I was not given the correct plans and scales and therefore wasn’t aware that I would be sold a property with what I effectively call a hole in my garden. Hoober after 5 months, although thought it required a safety fence right outside my back door to protect me from my own garden! (yes that’s what I look at through my lovely glass doors), have not come up with any solution and just feels like they are stalling me rather than fixing the issue.

TrustpilotI’ve now been living in my Hoober Home for three years…
I’ve now been living in my Hoober Home for three years, and I can honestly say I’m extremely happy with the decision to buy one. I actually work in housebuilding myself, so I’ve got a pretty good understanding of what to look for in a new home and, what to be wary of.

GoogleI moved into my Hoober home -the 3 bed detached Wentworth- in December 2021. From my initial contact with their Senior Sales Executive, Siobhan, my experience has been largely positive. All my queries re the purchase and possible modifications were addressed, and any snags subsequent to my taking possession of the house were dealt with promptly. My home is spacious, comfortable and perfect for me. Hoober developments are small, not sprawling like so many others. My house overlooks a central garden, and there is a community feel about the development. I very much enjoy living here.

TrustpilotLife's too short
It's been two years since we first started to deal with Hoober homes, we have found them hard work from start to finish. We have 6 months left of the so called 2 year warranty and we can not wait to stop dealing with them. Be prepared to stand your ground or lower your expectations.

Hoober Homes stand out from the rest of the new houses I’ve previously viewed. They use quality materials inside and out and finished to a very high standard.

GoogleWe have owned our home for 18 months and I would have given ZERO STARS but wasn't a option. Poor communication, poor customer service and after sales is a JOKE.
