GoogleWould never recommend this Estate Agents to anyone. Rude, unprofessional, lacking in standards, patronising - the list could go on. I've worked with 100s of EAs due to my job and generally they're easy to work with but this particular EA took the biscuit. Agents were unresponsive and tried to create animosity between buyers/sellers, fortunately both sides saw through this and communicated directly wherever possible. They made our house move stressful for no reason due to the way they spoke to us, were patronising which I believe was partially due to them perceiving us to be younger than we are ("is this your first house move *sigh*" when explaining sale had completed hours before but sellers weren't ready to move out and asking if there was anything they could do to support the sellers after we'd talked with sellers directly and offered to call EA to see if they could provide any support - it wasnt our first house move). Sellers told us if they could have changed estate agents they would have but were too far down the process. When collecting our keys we tried to discuss with the staff but they were uninterested and rude (shock) "do you want your keys or not". I rarely leave negative reviews and try to find the positives but in this situation, there are none. Avoid at all costs.
**edit to confirm, definitely the Sutton Coldfield branch. Just checked my last messages with the EA which had 4 messages from me unresponded to from 4 different days and I never did get a response.**

I had a couple of issues with my boiler and Belvior were straight on the case
I also got a lovely welcome pack from them when I picked up the keys to the flat I was renting which I found was a really nice touch
I can’t fault them if I’m being honest.
