We’ve recently moved into our new home at Lancaster Gardens and have been really pleased with our experience so far. A huge part of that has been the team on site, who have all been approachable, responsive and generally pleasant to deal with. Megan has been fantastic. She’s friendly, helpful, honest and genuinely seems to care. She remembers things we’ve spoken about previously, despite having so many other customers to deal with. Will, the site manager, has always been happy to help and has made us feel that nothing is too much trouble. Any problems sorted quickly. We’re really happy with our home and would like to thank the team for all their help and support. They’re a credit to Barratts and have made the whole experience that much more positive.

Stacey in the Sales Office at Lancaster Gardens is worth a million times better than Barratt Homes! She is an absolute asset to any company and is definitely there for the customer! She was mortified at the appalling treatment that we received from the Part Exchange team but unfortunately, is not deemed important enough by the company to aid and assist the customers, that she sees on a daily basis any further. She is an amazing person outside and in and Barratt needs to start realising the staff members are really what sell their homes.... plenty more homebuilders out there that are offering cheaper houses Barratt! Thank you again Stacey!!

If I could leave no stars I would been lied to all the way on the site plans have affordable housing marked in grey so when we choose our house we where aware of where they was and the other house where marked up for sale only to find out we have been lied to to now we have moved in .As house that weren’t marked up as affordable housing are now just that so I am taking this matter further as it’s classed as false advertising and your company aren’t telling people the truth your site maps should be marked correctly so people can make there own choose this on the Lancaster gardens site Doncaster .you have totally miss advertised and told lies to people who have paid alot of money out you still showing in correct on your sites maps
