Made an investment purchase through 3Keys and subsequently was contacted by the Montana in Lettings about having them market the property on my behalf (Excellent sales pitch btw) which I agreed to. The team delivered exactly they said they would, so much so they have just completed a second tenancy for me on another recent purchase. Well done ladies!

GoogleInitially enquired about a property. The staff member I spoke to on the telephone with an 'accent' was incredibly rude, very abrupt and obviously needed to learn some customer experience skills. Not a good first impression for a potential tenant or a growing business such as 3 keys. I think certain staff need training or replacing!
