Five Star experience with Ulster Property Sales Donaghadee having bought and sold with them over the course of a year. Emma and Laura were principal negotiators, very helpful and professional throughout what can often be a truly stressful period. Impressed by their skilful and proactive approach in the purchase and sale of both properties which resulted in a good outcome all round. It's a tight team under Rachel's leadership, all the staff excellent, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended UPS Donaghadee!

After deciding to downsize from our home after 37 years we were so pleased to have chosen UPS as the agents to sell our home and manage the whole process. The team in Donaghadee provided such a professional and personal approach for us and I have no problem recommending them. I recently engaged the services of UPS Donaghadee to sell a property on Ards peninsula. I found the service provided ultimately professional from start to finish. From the very initial enquiry phone call, valuation, marketing, management of viewings, through to key handover. Communication was regular, clear and respectful. I dealt with Emma; on occasion I also dealt with Louise, Robbie, Laura, Mandy, Sandra, all knew who I was and about the property; sorry if I missed anyone out! I would have no hesitation in using UPS again or in recommending this business.

Avoid if possible

My property purchase with UPS fell through because the property did not have proper certification. When I notified UPS that I was withdrawing, they told me this would be added to my record and could affect my ability to buy a house with them in future. I think it's unfair to penalise customers who withdraw from a sale in these circumstances, and I would avoid UPS if possible. On top of this, they applied a lot of pressure during the sale process, provided a damp specialist who did not have the correct qualifications, and entertained a potential second buyer after the sale had been agreed.

We were probably not the easiest of clients to satisfy, but UPS D’dee managed us with tact, diplomacy and professionalism to ensure that we achieved the optimum result in both selling and buying, with smiles all round. From start to finish the entire service provided by UPS Donaghadee was outstanding. The initial appointment regarding the valuation was with Rachel and I can remember noting that it was late afternoon @4.00pm and incredibly, I'd received the initial sales pack outlining everything as discussed by COP the very same day. Subsequently all contact was directly with Laura, Emma, Sandra and Robbie and the professionalism demonstrated throughout the process from each individual was truly on a different level to anything I'd experienced. It's also worth highlighting that there was nothing straightforward with the sale of my property, however, the team still remained just as positive and enthusiastic as they had from day one. I have another 2 properties which I plan to sell over the next 2 years and based on my experience, I wouldn't entertain any other company, hence why I'd happily recommend UPS to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

I simply cannot recommend the staff at UPS Donaghadee highly enough. House sales are one of the most stressful experiences we go through in our lives…when they go right! Through absolutely no fault of UPS (the issue was further back in the chain) we found ourselves in what I believe was an almost unprecedented situation - things got very tricky for an extended period of time. Laura & Sandra handled all of this with nothing but the utmost kindness & professionalism - & were fantastic at keeping our morale up through some of the most stressful periods of my life.
