FacebookHighly recommend Governor Rock’s, especially Christine. She was efficient, communicated clearly and provided excellent advice throughout.
Thank you Lynne and thank you so much for your gifts!! It was a pleasure to help you sell your house and I wish you all the best! 🥰

FacebookOutstanding service from start to finish. Chris went the extra mile to market the property, after the house didn't sell for £30k less with a different agent, and the house sold for the asking price in under a fortnight. Chris was then there to provide support through the whole process until completion, was always easy to reach, and provided reassurance and excellent advice. Also the best value in terms of sales commission. I'll be recommending to my friends and family.

FacebookI can’t thank Governor Rocks enough for everything they did for us. From the very first meeting, they were so positive and encouraging, a complete breath of fresh air after another estate agent had been really negative about our home and told us we’d struggle to sell. Governor Rocks saw the value in our property straight away, believed in it (and in us!), and within just a few days they had it sold, and for an amazing price too. Their communication, energy, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole process feel easy and exciting instead of stressful. They went above and beyond every step of the way, and it honestly felt like they were as invested in our move as we were. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares, who’s positive, honest, and delivers real results, you won’t find better than Governor Rocks - Chris and Karen are just the best wee team. Absolute stars! 🌟

Facebookbest estate agent in the market. Chris sold our house 3 times ( unfortunately lost the buyers the first & second time ) & the 3rd and final time he sold it the same day the viewings started. if you need a reliable, down to earth estate agent Chris is the guy. couldn't recommend governor rocks anymore.
