Wanted to leave a positive review for both Karen and Chris at Governor Rocks. Despite not even being our agent, but rather the estate agents of the property we were purchasing, they have been so helpful. Outstanding service from start to finish. Chris went the extra mile to market the property, after the house didn't sell for £30k less with a different agent, and the house sold for the asking price in under a fortnight. Chris was then there to provide support through the whole process until completion, was always easy to reach, and provided reassurance and excellent advice. Great communication, responsive and a real feeling of working to sell the property from realistic pricing in the market to pointing potential buyers in our direction. Unlike many other estate agents in the area Governor Rocks were on the ball with viewings with none of the "viewings start in a week's time" nonsense. Bought my first home with chris and he could not have been more helpful for me or my partner. He was so friendly and informative and really relaxed us throughout the whole process with his easy going approach to everything. Unlike most estate agents Chris let you view houses on the weekend and evenings which was great for us as my partner could never attend them with his 7-5 Monday-Friday job.
