I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service from the team at Chatt Estates. Communication was absolutely outstanding from start to finish, always quick to respond, incredibly proactive, Alex and Nancy kept me fully updated every step of the way. I always felt completely reassured and in the loop, which made the whole process so much smoother and far less stressful than I expected. They were also an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help wherever they could. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Truly excellent service! Thank you for helping us find our dream family home

Professional, communicative, proactive. I've worked with a few estate agents over the years, but my experience with this new outfit in Ditchling was the best so far. Regular phone calls and updates precluded the usual negative tropes, and they attacked my sale with oomph and smarts.
