GoogleToby and the team at Durrants in Diss were extremely helpful and efficient throughout our transaction and they were, moreover, genuinely a pleasure to deal with. They were incredibly responsive throughout and when, for example, Toby wasn’t available, he made sure August was fully briefed so that there was a seamlessly first rate service. Hats off to a great team.

GoogleI think for a lot of people, the best estate agents are the ones you don't notice doing their job. Quick and painless, subtle but efficient. Durrants is the complete opposite, in the best way possible. We bought a house that was listed with Durrants recently, and at every point in the process we were floored by how much attention to detail, time and care they took to ensure that we - people who had not contracted them - were happy with every part of the purchase process and had all the things we needed to proceed. Exemplary service at all points; Durrants, and especially Residential Sales Manager August and Valuer Josh, was completely flawless, start to finish, even when the process for the purchase of this property was wracked with every manner of issues. Were it possible to give six stars, I would be asking for 7.

GoogleFrom the very start Durrants were exceptional, from Nathan's accurate pricing to the Superb brochure they produced, the support we had in viewings and the totally professional advice on the offers we received from them, the house was sold in ten days. The service we received from August Atkinson was exceptional and totally professional, nothing was a problem and we were kept right up to date throughout the process to exchange. Durrants are just so professional in every way and nothing like the reputation some estate agents have. We can highly recommend the Durrants team in Diss.
