GoogleI couldn’t say enough about the time and effort John put in to getting the sale of our house over the line. There was a lot of extra detail involved with boundaries and old deeds etc and He went above and beyond the call of duty , keeping pressure on all sides in order to get the job done. Would highly recommend …. Top job and committed to his clients along with giving us ‘the buyers ‘ whatever help we needed.

GoogleJohn Diony has recently sold a house for me. Dealing with John, I have always found that he was extremely courteous, very contactable and just a pleasant person to deal with. John initially, advised how best to market the property, deal with viewings, offers and right through the legal part with engineers inspections, contracts and closing the sale. I would have hesitation whatsoever in recommending John to anyone interested in buying or selling a property.
Thank you Alan. I rewally appreciate your comments. It was a long road but we got there.

GoogleJohn Diony O´Connor has been recommended to me by a former client and neighbor of mine in Kerry from Dublin. Due to Covid 19 restrictions over the past two years I am still amazed by John´s endeavor, highly developed communicative skills and professionalism always reachable to sell my property on the Dingle peninsula within astonishingly one year only ! Unlike former attempts in the past contacting other Kerry based auctioneers I would highly recommend John´s services. Rainer, Germany
Much appreciated.
