Waddens acted for me both as a seller, and, as it turned out, a buyer.
Their team impressed me with their professionalism across the piece. Selling, they kept me in the loop, and helped me hold my nerve in the time it took to get to offer, and then completion.
Buying, their staff who did the initial viewing did a really good, and honest job of selling me the property - pointing out potential. They were also good at talking to both my daughter and my partner when we viewed. I was buying, but they had the power of veto, so they acted well there.
