We honestly couldn’t recommend Shore Partnership highly enough. From the very beginning right through to completion, Tim and the team were absolutely fantastic. Buying and selling a home can be incredibly stressful, particularly when there are unexpected hurdles along the way, but we always felt that we were in safe hands. Communication was excellent throughout. We were kept informed, questions were answered quickly, and whenever something needed chasing or resolving, the team were proactive and genuinely seemed to care about getting everything across the line. Instead of engaging with our concerns, this company simply and promptly blocks you on Facebook. We’ve had an ongoing series of issues with the development built by the same developer currently working with Shore Partnership in St Agnes. Several residents, myself included, attempted to raise awareness by commenting on a Facebook post where new homes were being promoted, sharing images of the unresolved problems in our own estate as a caution to potential buyers. These were fair and factual contributions based on our lived experience. Instead of engaging with our concerns, we were all promptly blocked. This suggests a worrying lack of willingness to acknowledge or address legitimate feedback from existing homeowners. I would urge prospective buyers to do thorough due diligence and ask detailed questions about past developments before committing. Transparency and accountability are key when investing in a new home.

Ben has been a continuous support through out the selling process. Communicated through out the whole process from who was coming to view the property and any feedback I needed to take on board. Once a buyer was in place it was very much ideal, I met the buyer and we worked so closely ensuring that we could meet their needs. Usually at the last hurdle their are some little sticking issues where Ben was exactly why you need a super agent in place to communicate with all parties & legal so we could proceed to the time lines set in place.
