Belvoir Devizes have managed our property now for around ten years. I am always very impressed with their communication and attention to detail to ensure that we are informed if any work is required to the property. They organise contractors quickly to rectify problems and re-lets have been arranged seamlessly when tenants move out. Having used other letting agents in the past, who did not ensure that the standard of the property was maintained, I cannot recommend Belvoir highly enough.

My last property I rented was handed back a few weeks ago now and Sue (aka the dragon) was amazing at the pre handover viewing. She was very friendly and made everything go smoothly.
