FacebookI stayed with this landlord this year and would definitely recommend to students.. Very close to the university and if there's any problems he will fix them right away.. Also, rent is not too expensive and deposit is given back in full.

FacebookOnly started renting with Derry Rentals from September and could not complain. Anything that has needed fixed around the house has been sorted and contact with the landlord is excellent, definitely recommend especially to students.
