GoogleI have come on here to leave a review after experiencing a totally disrespectful incident with the owner of this company on Friday 7th Nov. I have had past dealings with this letting agents (5years ago) I often see this lady (Katie) in the area as I work in the area too. She usually has a displeased demeanour and on this particular morning whilst I was with my three-year-old daughter, she looked directly at my child, pulled a face and shook her head in a disapproving manner. This behaviour was clearly directed at us and was witnessed in a public place.
Although we have had no dealings for several years, I found this behaviour entirely unacceptable and unprofessional - particularly from someone who operates within the property sector. This is someone who has to engage with individuals from all walks of life - different ages, genders, races, etc.
It demonstrated a lack of basic professionalism and personal conduct expected of someone who deals with the public in any capacity.
Avoid at all costs!!!

To have a telephone call with the deceased tennants wife who is old, frail and serious health conditions and to have her in tears. I will definitely will not recommend this company at all to anybody. GoogleRogue agent!!! Beware!!! Unprofessional! Dishonest! And untrustworthy!
This agency was previously trading under the name of castle homes , who went into liquidation and shut up shop leaving property owners/ landlords and also presumably tenants and contractors hundreds and thousands of pounds out of pocket, only to then immediately open up under the trading name of phoenix lettings, same personnel and same staff but without obligations to pay what was legitimately owed to all of the clients under the previous name of castle homes. In other words legal daylight robbery and corruption at its finest !
Lepord never changes it's spots, nothing to stop them doing the same again, resulting in this company legally escaping their financial obligations to pay their dues to all creditors and clients, think very carefully about your dealings with this company and it's staff, personell and management team.
I would not trust them to run a bath never mind running and managing property which is most people's biggest asset.
Poor communication, dodgy corrupt and fishy practises. Landlords you have been warned!
I would not touch this company with a barge pole knowing what we know and the abhorrent and disgusting management and staff team they have in place.
CROOKS in all but name.

GoogleLet through Pheonix Lettings 2007-23. This is truly a first rate outfit. I'm not saying it's always been perfect but they are good at what they do, cost effective, communicating with third parties such as estate management and local services. I have found that they listen better than the likes of countrywide, less complex, better service and less abuse and damages. I am happy to recommend them. :)

GooglePhoenix lettings are a rip off, I had no heating throughout my tenancy, asked for things to be fixed i.e the washing machine, the oven to be cleaned and the blinds which were broken. The landlord refused to do any of it and so did the letting agents. They were rude and couldn’t be bothered to do there job and just wanted to take your money. I’ve been disputing the amount of deposit they should keep due to the lack of cleanliness when I moved in to the property as there were water and soap marks in the shower basin and on the glass, the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in over 6 months as it was coming up black when I mopped it, there was toothpaste and razor blade heads in the bathroom cupboard over the sink that belonged to the previous tenant. The landlord was rude and disrespectful whenever he came to visit and would often let himself into the property while I was out. Accusations with no evidence were also made towards me and I was never invited to sign the check out script when they did the checks. They tried to receive from me an extra £129 from me for staying one extra week and when worked out should only have been £59. Don’t trust them. They also explained they used an external provided to do the check ins and check out checks however the company they use is based in the same building on the same floor. There the same company. If your wanting decent letting management then don’t use this company and stay away from a landlord in his later 60s called Kimberly Rodgers 👍 also I wasn’t due to leave until the 8th of September becaus he was kicking me out to move his mate in and I left 3 weeks early 🧐

GoogleBeware, staff may not consider being locked out with a fire risk in the property enough of an emergency to drop a meeting. The only staff member working in this instance was 40 mins late for work after repeated calls to the office (meant to be open 9am-5pm) and then told me to wait over half an hour extra due to a meeting with a new client. Luckily the lady saw sense eventually and managed to get to me, awful service nonetheless as I shouldn't have to argue for five minutes over the phone as to why a fire risk in the flat is more important than a new client meeting.
