The rescheduled viewing 17th May was communicated to you by voicemail and email in advance of the appointment and we apologised. You did attended a viewing of the property on the 27th May, with your mother, Eleni, who we have also been speaking with.
We explained; multiple offers had been received, obtaining instructions was not going to be a quick process as we had to review the proposals, proposed uses, qualify the preferred tenant, obtain superior landlord consent and agree terms for a surrender and regrant. Unfortunately, on this occasion our client preferred an alternative tenant. Naturally, to ensure our clients best interest we would seek agreement to the full terms with them prior to rejecting other offers.
We note your one-star review of your local KFC for missing your garlic sauce. We are sorry you feel you haven’t received your garlic sauce with OMEETO.
