Googleİ was tenants off innes-England paing rent £16500 a year when is lease end they asked rent £25. 000 a year.! I coldnt sell the Shop and becouse of High rent i coulnt make New lease. Then landlord changed New landrord made new lease for £18.000 and 3 bedroom added. Gary woodward Who is director of Derby brunch profecional theif he makes money from landlord and tenants.. HE wrights cheqes for building insurance, fire alarm, service and maintaince charges landlord not aware. but Gary WOODWARD takes this money to his account. Gary woodward is also a resist guy, a lot of Shops Close down he didnt ask for any of them Dilapidation except me becouse i wasnt a White English! . He didnt check and inspect any orher properties side to me but he deliberetly came and inspect mine. Gary woodward is a disqustion person i have ever seen in my life. He is a big lier! He is agree with you when He speaks on the phone but difrient by writing dont believe his any words.

This compony owner Gary Woodward he makes money from landlord and tenants. İ was 15 years tenant's when my lease is end he asked me repair the shop i spent huge money re decorated! if i would be a white English he would not asked me that delopadation.Every business around me was paing £300 yearly building insurance Gary was asking me £1870 and never showed me the insurance bill!İ am definatly sure he was having commision off that money.İ had another shop next to me which was closed for years he did not let me to chang of use to make another business.i was paing empty shop rent and insurance for years!Gary Woodward the most horrible person and discusting person i have ever met in my life.

TrustpilotThe worst company I've ever dealt with
Hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. Horrendous communication, no help, no calls back when promised and no respect for clients. Viewed a property after chasing to get an appointment for weeks. Finally got a viewing, told them the same day I wanted it and could get it done asap. Weeks go buy with nothing, finally I get an email showing me basic terms and asking if I agree, to which I do, the same day and then nothing again. The Covid-19 lockdown then started so this delays even more, so I chase up almost 2 months after I originally viewed and they inform me the landlords have changed there mind on the contract. No decency to let me know, no phone call or email, only found out because I had to chase AGAIN. I would seriously recommend not going through Innes if you want good communication and an easy transaction. I've since spoke to other companies who have been 100x quicker, more honest and more reliable.

We approached the Leicester branch after we found a unit which they were advertising. After visiting the unit we were happy with what we had been presented with and put an offer in immediately as there was a lot of interest. This is when it all began to fall apart,with numerous phone calls and emails the communication was poor. We carried on with the process however and eventually agreed with them the heads of terms and was ringing constantly to get the contract. Then the phone calls came in with the director who was dealing with it all asking questions that I had already answered also still assuring that the unit is ours, this happened once more. We had already given provisional notice on our current unit with the assurance that this new one is ours and the contract is on the way. Then the director calls to say that we were not allowed to have the unit! So after months of back and forth and being assured that we would be having it and no need to look anywhere else we had to find another unit. Luckily we did through Andrew and Ashwell who gave an excellent customer service.

Worst customer service ever. Didn’t catch her name unfortunately, not sure what ruined her day, but by the looks of the other reviews, everyday is a bad day for her. Innes should look into some courses on how to be polite, maybe that lady could do with something like that. Just a suggestions.

Very poor customer service and management. They are not gdpr regulated. They discuss their own clients details with third party. Would avoid these scum and unprofessional people at all costs. Specially Garry the man “BOSS” who doesn’t even bother to deal with complains.
