Liam handles all issues no matter how big or small extremely well and can be trusted to get things done and keep things moving. Liam also handles and keeps you in the loop of any obstacles. Communicates extremely well at all times of day and night and even at weekends! Always on hand to provide helpful advice, and acts professionally, diligently and competently. Liam from Attain Properties did fantastic job of getting me tenant in 3 days. He filmed the video from entrance and showed all the details of kitchen units, bath, closet and garden. He also went extra length to collect the keys from office which is almost 60 minutes drive, arranged electric certificate and other odd jobs for me quickly and cost effectively. Given me references of insurers and also made arrangements for extra set of keys. The photos were good and the service is excellent. I really wish he was here in London, I would have given complete management to him. Amazing hard work and I recommend him highly.
